Shipping Policy


As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through courier with a tracking number. If you prefer certified shipping via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we'll provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transportation charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

What is the shipping cost?

What happens if I am not at the address that I indicate when the courier goes to deliver the order?


After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address that you indicated to us or at one of the carrier's offices.

After another failed attempt, the order will remain at the carrier's offices for the days that it has established. After they have elapsed, without you having picked it up, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount of the same, minus the cost of returning the package.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?

Shipping transportation costs will be refunded only when REKOSER is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.) or in cases of withdrawal- However, if you chose the option of express delivery instead of normal delivery, you will not be reimbursed for the delivery charge.


Return policy

Right of withdrawal for consumers


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without justification.

Consequences of withdrawal

Legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal

     The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
     The supply of goods that, after their delivery and taking into account their nature, have been mixed inseparably with other goods.
     The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed at the time of entering into the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose real value depends on market fluctuations that the employer cannot control.
     The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
     The supply of daily press, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
